NOTE FOR BILLING & PICKUP SCHEDULE
Billing for the Cheese Club starts the day of your purchase. It will then recur monthly on that same day. In each month, you are billed for the NEXT month's pickup. Example: billing in January is for the February club pickup. 

Pickups for the Cheese Club start the THIRD MONDAY of each month and last one week. Since these items are perishable, we ask that you pick up during that week (we will send a reminder email the day before pickups begin).
